Tim West
I currently run my own business as ILM leadership trainer and self-employed educationalist. I am a Cambridge-educated former Naval Officer and qualified secondary school teacher. I have a diverse understanding of leadership through front-line military experience as a head of
department in the Submarine Service and 7 years in education, including as an Assistant Head Teacher. I am a team leader and communicator with experience in a number of public-sector fields, including leadership in education, teaching, resource management, HR, and compliance.

I live south of Bath with my wife and two sons, tend my garden and dream of spending more time on my boat!
